The JT Walk Beach Party

After a day of fundraising, it’s time to party. The JT Walk Beach Party never disappoints. It’s all-day party with live music, cold drinks, craft food trucks, and tons of fun for the kiddies, too. It all starts at 11 a.m. on the beach at 31st street. Don’t miss it! (Wristbands required for entry.)

WHY WE WALK

Josh Thompson was a fun-loving surfer, husband and father of two when he was first diagnosed with ALS. Ever since, his friends and family have been determined to help him fight back. Twelve years ago, they started the annual JT Walk to raise money and awareness for ALS research. Along the way, they made our city more fun and accessible for wounded warriors and kids with disabilities, too. The results have been extraordinary.

JT Walk begins at 31st Street on the Boardwalk (in front of the Hilton)! Walk to Grommet Island and back.

JT Walk Beach Party opens on the beach at 31st Street. Family Fun Zone includes face painting, pizza, cotton candy, popcorn and inflatable bounce houses.
